How long does shipping take for a library kit?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Custom-painted or personalized libraries may require an additional 2 weeks for craftsmanship.
What materials are used to ensure weather resistance?
Our libraries are handcrafted from high-quality cedar or heavy-duty plywood and finished with outdoor-grade stains and sealants to withstand rain, snow, and UV rays.
Do the libraries come pre-assembled?
We offer both options. You can purchase 'Ready-to-Assemble' kits which include all hardware and pre-drilled holes, or fully assembled models that are ready for mounting.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard library models within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-engraved items are non-refundable.
Do I need a permit to install a library in my yard?
While most residential areas do not require a permit, we recommend checking with your local HOA or city zoning office regarding setbacks and sidewalk regulations.
Are mounting posts included with the purchase?
Mounting posts are sold separately to allow you to choose the height and style that best fits your landscape. We offer heavy-duty wooden and steel post kits in our accessories shop.
