Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Little Free Library; if your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your neighborhood space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved items and used library kits are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the library if necessary and place all components in the original packaging to ensure the wood and plexiglass remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
